Suggestion for choosing a class

Hey guys im having a really tough time choosing between MagSorc and magplar.
I love pvp(espicaly solo) and in every game i love beeing a mage(fire ice lightning), im not a big fan of pets.
Having a hard time choosing between the two for casualy solo pve and mainly solo and bgs pvp

Sorc is stronger for solo pvp, because streak allows for quick repositioning/escape. Magplar is typically better if you play with a friend at least. Solo pve both are great, magplar is probably the most beginner friendly class to pick up.

I've played both for a couple hundred hours and I'd say Sorc. You'll get that traditional mage fantasy, a lot of flexible builds, and really high dps. You don't have to run with the pets on them, so don't worry about that. I'd suggest leveling both staves and doing the mages guild and psijic line on him.

For solo: Magsorc no question. One word: Streak (or Ball of Lightning).

I’d definitely say MagSorc from my personal experiences in solo pvp.
