Need help I’m stuck in Limbo

Ugh I was doing a quest in new moon fortress and I got pushed out of map by one of those stupid moveable boxes. I’m now free falling and I can’t /stuck to get free because I fall enough where game kicks me before it happens. I submitted ticket but anyone have any advice?

I was hoping to get Southern Elsweyr done but it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen now.
