Mend Spirits and Major Protection Question
Mend Spirits is a skill from Psyjic Order which augments your light and heavy attacks to heal allies. Is the "Heavy Attack" considered "Channeling", and if so, does it trigger the passive "Deliberation"?
Deliberation says that if you cast or channel a Psyjic order skill, which Mend Spirits is, you should get Major Protection. I ask because Major Protection doesn't show up in the applied buffs, so I'm just unsure. Has anyone tested this, is it working as intended? I know there are skills in ESO that just don't work as intended, and this skill isn't one that a lot of healers use, so it may have gone under the radar of the devs.
