Insanity Long Wait Times for simple tickets

Two tickets open, one for a week, one of the replied to asking about something the ticket had nothing to do with!!
What is this customer service?

I get you have long reply times now but rushing it and ignoring it, is insane. Can someone address these issues?

Try listing your ticket numbers so if a mod comes by they can check up on them.

Also, it's normal for the first reply to look like it was keyword searched by a bot. I get good results with replying to that with "thank you, but that didn't solve my problem. My problen was X". That usually escalates to an actual service rep, who's able to help or pass me to someone who can.
