Writ worthy add on help

For some reason I have the writ worthy add on installed with all the requirements needed to use it but when I go to a guild store to see if I can make a master writ it doesn’t say anything. Am I missing something I’m just trying to see if I can make certain writs which the tool is supposed to display. The tool works for completing my writs just not that one feature if anyone can help let me know thank you.
