Games Crashes During Loading Screen

Ever since the patch update last monday I've been having a lot of trouble with the game crashing to the login menu, almost every time I entered a loading screen. Wether i was switching to a different character or I was travelling to another zone the game would enter the infamous "infinite loading screen".
Now, I have a Razer Naga and I can tell that the game crashes during these loading times because the light in the mouse turn off whilst the game is "loading".
I've written a couple of support tickets but I just wanted to know if anyone else have been experiencing this issue or if you haven't experienced any problems since the patch, and hopefully get the attention of ZOS so they can work to fix the problem soon.
