I know things are taking longer then normal. But i submitted a ticket 7 days ago i never got a automatic message in my email and i cant seem to see the ticket number but it just says waiting on agent. Just curious if something went wrong when i submitted it?

✭✭✭✭✭If you log into the support site and look at your tickets, you can find the ticket number. It will start with "2004".
It took them 20 days to get back to me after I opened my ticket. It sat in Waiting on Agent the entire time.0 -
