Greetings, this one has message for you...orc lady, persistent that it reaches you "do you know how long I have been looking for you?" This one tried running away but...she is starting to think the orc is daedra, appearing out of air!

When starting some new characters like two weeks ago, I noticed the main starting cities were WAY too filled with quests leading to other places. Or with NPC's bugging you constantly. Was way too overwhelming and unclear what to do, and I'm not even a new player.
Some quests which keep nagging you:
-Main quest.
-Zone main quest.
-Regular zone/town quests.
-Two crafting boards for certification.
-Stuga for wrothgar.
-Undaunted.
-Fighter guild.
-Mages guild.
-For glory/pvp.
-Quite a few DLC's and prologue's.... skull, concordia, lady at entrance of town, thea, abnur tharn, etc.

Maybe gather them all in one place, and ask the player what they would like to do next.

Edit: And we can't simply activate them all to do later... because of the 25 quests limit.

My main is almost done with every dlc. The hoard of dlc promotion goons alone makes me want to never play a different toon.

And what's even worse are the ones that follow you around from town to town.

And those who are harassing you even when you don't have accepted the quest nor want to talk to them. I'm not going to help them in any way, if they continue to behave like this - putting out their fires - well, take a bucket, fill it with water and pour it on the fire instead to follow me around, that would help. i'm not going to do that for them. Not if they behave like this.
