Little bug with major prophecy

As you can see on these pictures, if there is two skill that give permanent major prophecy buff, the bonus is substrated.

I have 33% base critical chance, if there is only one skill I got 43% and with both I have 23%..

I can't edit my first post, but this happens also using potion that give prophecy major !!!
