Why some people can log in but I cant?

Why?
I see people still playing ESO, they also report playing it but it says my connection to server timed out
I am trying non steam method it says my account might be inactive or my password, name is wrong but it accepts the same for my account on website

I am confused.

Explain and fix this.

I am a paid customer who has eso+, while you are offering freebies to people your paid customers can not log in.

You do see the banner at the top saying "We are currently investigating issues some players are having regarding logging into the North American and European PC/Mac megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available.", right?

You've also looked at the Dev Tracker, which would inform you they are looking into it, right? https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/6719549#Comment_6719549

Presumably, when they fix it, you'll find out via the Dev Tracker or the banner will update. If they say it's fixed and you still can't log in, then you should start worrying.

yeah but its still faq'd up that its happing. one of the reasons i stop my sub was because of problems like this. now if it didnt happen as often as it does then i wouldnt be pissed about it but this happens a lot and as of recently more often. where the hell does all the sub money or money for the stuff on the crown store go if not into correcting a problem thats been on going since this game began.

I had no trouble logging in on EU earlier this morning.

When I tried to switch to NA, I had two time-outs but was successful on the third try.

Now I can't log in on EU despite dozens of attempts.

EU Server, PC and Steam.

Cannot login using the steam launcher, but can when running the eso64.exe.

There were issues affecting the PC/Mac servers yesterday which should now be resolved. Since these issues are no longer ongoing we will be closing the thread.
