Werewolf question

Currently my main is a PVE werewolf and I noticed some skills changed recently. I was more curious about other passives. For example, on my main bar that I have werewolf ultimate on, I have all fighters guild abilities slotted, when I transformed I would receive the weapon damage buff from fighters guild passives on my werewolf as well as the crit chance. Now it appears that all those buffs are gone. Currently non transformed I have 3000 weapon damage, and transformed I have 2600 weapon damage. Last time I really played which was about 2 weeks ago because of my work/life, I had almost 5000 weapon damage as a werewolf.. mind you, I'm mainly pve with group and dungeon buffs I've been up to 6k while grouped.

✭✭I've never seen them do that... and I werewolf a lot. If they did previously it was because you had bugged it out.
