How long do you guys wait for support these days? As far as I know when you update your ticket it kicks you at the end of the line. I last updated 5 days ago. But it's 14 days since I submitted it originally.

    I think you need to update it with 24 or 48 hours of their first automated response.

    They're pretty good about closing my tickets in 1-2 days. As for actually replying or fixing anything, not so much. Don't hold your breath.

    Last time I sent one the state from "waiting on agent" did not change for 10 days. I had to close it.

    I've been waiting for almost 2 months, updating tickets, writing new ones, no answer yet beyond automated response I got initially :') Starting to wonder if they can ever fix that absurd bug i'm sick of reporting over and over and over - no acknowledgement even.

    No, not if it is waiting for agent. The wait can be weeks, and longer if you update the ticket, for any reason.

    It depends on what the ticket is for. Things like reporting bugs or other players aren't intended to get a response. Apart from that, the whole studio is working from home so delays are inevitable, and with the substantial increase in players currently that has doubtless led to an increase in tickets which will be prioritised.
