How much do you think the Bastion Sanguinaris house will cost?

Crown wise, as I'm guessing it won't be purchasable with gold. Never bought a house like this before, so I'm not sure what these usually go for

More than I want to pay, certainly. All these new homes are clowns only, so not bothered any more.
RIP Atherton, my beautiful little gentle friend. I will miss you forever. Without you I am a hollow shell.

Not more than the absurd cost of non vampire skills now, no doubt.

Waaaaay more then a virtual house in a video game should cost. It’s a gouge, don’t give in to them.

The moment I realized the average price of a home in this game was roughly $80-$140+ real dollars worth of crowns, (not counting furniture) was the moment I decided to abandon that entire aspect of the game (minus the freebie homes where I keep my dummies).

I did buy Domus Phrasticus on a whim when it launched and regretted it ever since as I got the non-furnished version to save $$ and have almost no desire to collect the bazillion furniture recipes and try and guess what they look like with no 3D preview since they broke that feature in addons for gods know what totally legitimate reason to try and decorated it myself. :p

Definitely in the over $100 worth of crowns range, and I seriously doubt it's going to be available for gold.

Of course, even if we get really lucky and it is a quest/achievement unlocked house like the Hall of the Lunar Champion, that place is GINORMOUS. Good luck decorating it within the 700 item limit. And if you're someone without ESO+, you may as well just wall up the front door and pitch a tent outside. It's the only way anyone is going to notice you did anything with it.

How about free with the main quest line of the chapter like the house in North Catland, that would probably be wishful thinking though.

Saw the outside of it while I was in Blackreach and it looks huuuuge. I'm guessing it'll cost more than the mortgage repayments on my real house.

It seemed rather small to me on PTS ... is it just that one cave and the long 'balcony'? Apart from the lighting, which is beautiful, it is not something you could drastically make look different by decorating it. I guess it's for people who just want something pretty to look at when they use their crafting stations or storage chests. Easy pass.

If by "cave and long balcony" you're referring to the initial exterior, then no, there's a lot more to it. In the video I saw though, the door was just kind of floating there and you have to build stairs up to it to gain access. (It's still a work in progress, obviously.)

I don't understand that house. Is there a door/portal between multiple rooms or levels? If so, I didn't find it. If not, I don't see what all the fuss is about.

At least as "Grand Topal Hideaway" was first priced.
15K crowns Unfurnished, 18.8K crowns Furnished.

It may be even more given it's huge interior size and its special theme.
I won't be surprised if it's at 20K crowns unfurnished, 25K crowns Furnished.

I don't think I will buy it, I have enough houses as it is.
There can only be one primary residence anyway...
Some videos I recorded for fun: Main character:
PC EU main: Universe - AD magicka Sorcerer, Former Emperor, Grand Overlord, The Merciless, Trial Bosses Solo Champion
Top alts: Genius(stamina/sagicka Dragonknight) The Force(stamina Nightblade) and other chars.
PC NA main: The Magic - AD magicka Sorcerer

havent seen it but from the description you are giving it sounds like a potential candidate for a guild hall with all the crafting stations.
I simply must protest. There are no Penguin avatars for me to use in the forums.

Dont forget its 'special feature' is to allow you to remain in clown mode indefinitely while in it too
    So
    Twice the clown!

but yeah. over 100AUD. 5000 crowns is 60$ over here so around...180AUD....for...an ingame house...that allows you to remain in daedric clown mode indefinitely..as if I want to look at any character in that form lmao.

Considering there was an option on pts to get a furnish or unfurnished version, somewhat doubtful. But they did eventually re-release the Psijic villa to purchase with crowns some time later so, who knows. But if they do make it a reward like the Villa, it would be for accomplishing pathfinder achievements and maybe harrowstorms. But I suspect it will be made available to purchase either on the console release when the "real" date is (pc launch is always considered early access) or a limited time sale during October. Because we all know ZOS loves flash sales of absurdly priced digital items.

Probably upwards of 80-120 USD, which is a rip off considering it's not that interesting and lacks a certain vampire aesthetic.
