More "Instance" area's for quests please

So I'm sure this has been brought up before, and I'm NOT complaining about this game being an MMORPG, I have no problem playing with other people, but when it comes to Questlines I would like if more area's were "instance" area's. Meaning the only person in that area is you. Reason why I brought it up is this **SPOILERS AHEAD**

So I'm finishing up Dragonhold and Abnur and myself are going thru the ruins, other players are there as well and thats fine, not worried about that. But I get to the Dragon fight (Loor something, its the first quest "The Dark Aeon") I enter the room the Dragon is in...and another player is already fighting the boss, Abnur is standing between two aeon stones doing...something and I can see Kaarth watching from overhead and the boss is about 1/4 left on health. Now I enjoy ES games and love following the lore etc, but because another player was in the room, I now missed whatever happens before the boss battle. Now I could of reset the entire quest but thats a bit much. Leaving the room also didn't reset it, when I reentered the Dragon was killed and the quest updated as if I killed it. Now I think their are some "Instance" area's in the game. Idk if I got lucky but I think the whole orignal Molag Bal main quest it was JUST you in the quest area's. And I can tell some area's are just you and NPC's. Now, again, I don't mind that this is an MMORPG..but I feel boss battles should be a single player instance (or a group if you have one). Its a small gripe and it didn't ruin anything. I assumed Abnur said "This is the source of power, I'll put a stop to it, Oh no a dragon, kill it!" but would of been nice to experience it instead of being thrust into a boss battle thats over anyway...

My two cents and I also don't claim to know game development. Perhaps making a solo instance takes alot more resources then Zeni is willing to do. I'm just asking for major boss battles to be either you or a group you brought in.

Oh, it's event better when you don't even get to the room with quest enemy and quest updates because someone just rushed past you like they feet are burning and oneshotted whoever you were supposed to kill.

If game can recognise who killed a mob for loot, why it cannot do so for a quest?

@ZOS_GinaBruno this is really old and nasty problem. Can we hope for a fix?
