Error 326 character locked

Yesterday i was kicked from the game with one of my characters, due to performance issues, and when i try to log in with him, it says "error 326, this character is locked". I wrote a ticket about it, but i got no response or anything and i'm starting to worry about that character. What's happening? Will this be fixed? Any response would be appreciated.

It has been almost one month and my character remains locked. Are you guys gonna do something about it or should i start rerolling another one? Because i'm starting to run out of patience. I get it, you guys have to work from your houses and everything is more difficult, but i don't think that unlocking a character is going to be such a time-consuming task.
