Are you able to post any information about what the ticket relates to? Other players may be able to offer advice or assistance. If it is, for example, reporting a bug or another player then you won't hear back anyway.

Make sure you have replied to any acknowledgement you may have received, otherwise it will be regarded as closed. Don't submit duplicate or additional tickets as that will put you to the back of the queue.

Tickets are very likely taking longer at the moment due to staff working from home/sick/caring for sick loved ones, so I'm afraid patience is required. Given the large increase in players during the current crisis there are doubtless more tickets than usual anyway.

Unfortunately, this problem is not on my side, but on the server side. other players have already tried to help me, but without success, if anyone is interested, I have already described my problem in another place where I was told that they will help as soon as possible, but this has not yet happened.

i maybe way off here but looking at your other thread (i found it) the error looks to be from an Addon not loading, deleting addons does not always solve the issues as there are variables saved to a characters load requirements, on the character select screen try disabeling ALL addons for ALL characters shut down and re-launch this will reset the saved variables file. failing that i dont know what else to suggest

Hi, just read your issue and this issue is def server side therefore only ZoS can fix it.

As this was flagged over 10 days ago and you are an ESO+ subscriber this really should have been resolved by now even allowing for current circumstances.

Good luck and hope you get you main char back ASAP ! :)

I already did this before deleting addons altogether.

Welcome to the club, +10 days here waiting for my ticket to be answered.

I would try to uninstall, delete related folders and leftovers and download the game again, you have nothing to lose if you try.

And don't update the ticket, for some stupid reason that only has logic in ZOS, if you update the ticket you go back to the end of the line.

Yes, I already deleted everything I could find related to the game files, and then re-installed the game again. But it didn't help. :/

Do you have any other PC to test?

That way you can be sure that it is not your PC.

Having established in the other thread that you're playing through Steam, I assume you have put in a ticket with Steam? They have a pinned thread on their ESO discussion board relating to problems currently being experienced with logging into the game.

I don't know how long you've had the Steam version, but there was a registration cut-off point for being able to log in through ZOS directly and you might want to try that.

I think it's a registration issue with Steam. I'm guessing, but did you create this character prior to switching the account to Steam with the other characters that work ok having been created since you switched?

I only have the steam version for 3 years

It is a pity that the support does not respond to players ' problems

It does, but you have to make allowances at the moment. More importantly, have you submitted a ticket through Steam as that is the platform through which you play the game. If so, what is the status of that ticket?
