Dungeon Finder - you have '00' seconds to respond - cannot join dungeon groups

I'm put in bug report for this but I'm not sure if I need a support ticket as well. As of last patch I'm fundamentally unable to join the dungeon finder solo except for random dungeons. Here is what happens:
When I join the dungeon finder for a specific dungeon, regardless of class - tank, dps, or healer, I'll end up waiting 15-20 minutes for the 'your dungeon is ready' notification to appear...however it doesn't appear. The sound for it happens and the notification for it appears in the notifications UI but it doesn't actually show on the screen.
The notification in the notification UI itself says that you have '00' seconds to accept or decline the dungeon with the usual check or x to click on. Clicking on the x or the check does nothing - you can spam click on them and nothing happens. If I wait for another 10 to 15 minutes, the notification will change to say 'waiting for 4 players' and stay that way forever.
When this happens, I cannot leave the queue, I cannot quit the group, I cannot accept or join the dungeon - I am forced to relog in order to get out of this broken queue. I've had this happen 3 or 4 times in a row after waiting 15-20 minutes for the queue.
This is happening on 80-90% of all of the dungeon finder requests that I put in for all of my characters. This started happening as of the last major patch.

This was on 4/16. I was partied with one other person, and we were queued specifically for vet Wayrest 1. We quit party to get out of queue but then the same thing happened when we tried again.
We had previously successfully queued for the same dungeon with me on a different character less than an hour earlier; my partymate was still on the same character. fullheartcontainer✭✭✭✭Hi can confirm I'm getting this bug too so it's not just you. Queue pops and I can neither accept or reject the pop - it gets frozen and says the "Expires in 0 seconds" from your screenshot. To get rid of it I have to leave group or swap group lead.0 -
blendertoes✭✭✭This happened to me twice last night. Had to relog to get out of the queue as well. This bug prevented me from getting my daily normal done because I wasted too much of my limited play time with a broken queue. PC/NA.Edited by blendertoes on April 22, 2020 12:37PM0

Hello, I had this issue many times. I found a personal player based solution, go to any map, and try making a huge party (group) more than 4 players. stay in it for a few minutes then leave. it worked for me 3 times,
the causes for the bug appears to be when you are on queue and then travel to somewhere or enter a delve or public dungeon the queue gets bugged,
let me know if that works with you. I plan to make a post about this later on so everyone can see it.0 -

Interesting I may have to try that. Not been able to do any dungeon for 6 days now.0 -

Unfortunately this hasn't worked for me. Also - I get this issue even if I'm standing still in the same spot that I queued for the dungeon group - travelling to another area doesn't seem to be necessary.0 -
