I wouldn't say the game is trash but I will agree they do need to get there priorities straight and stop releasing an attempt after an attempt or DLC after a DLC and just bit the bullet and fix the game, they caused most the issues with there attempts. Stop attempting and start fixing actual fixes that are tested to an extreme over a long period or good extreme testing.
I will give theme though that the current pandemic has caused unforeseen things to happen but still blaming current issues on server load cause of the number of players man please if you did it right your server could easily handle two to three times the player base on a good day of maximum players. The PVP issues started with the zerg players having 40 or more players in a single then cry when they didn't win to skilled players so they nerfed it and guess what dint slow em down, and from that day forward been nothing but a mess.

Mixed feelings about this all.
I can't think of any other alternative than 'not pay' at this point in hopes of getting change.
