Broken group finder

The total completion of my character rests on being able to obtain a heavy Chudan helm from Mazzatun, unfortunately the group finder for this specific dungeon is busted as shown in the video.
I’ve thrown out LFG’s in virtually every zone in the game, I’ve used a LFG website for ESO, I’ve even posted in the LFG forum to try and get a group happening for a straight week now, and I haven’t gotten a single bite.
I feel like at this point, it genuinely shouldn’t be this difficult to get a group happening for an existing dungeon in this game, and the fact that something as simple as a dungeon finder in an MMO in 2020 behaves like this!....boggles the mind.
