Akavir attacks north-eastern Tamriel. Skyrim's Queen Mabjaarn and crown princess Nurnhilde are killed in the defense of Winterhold, and Jorrun is named king. Jorunn requests help from the Graybeards, who once again summon Wulfharth. Together, the Nords, Dunmer, and Argonians fight off the invaders. Vivec teaches his people to breath water before he floods Morrowind to eradicate all Akaviri invaders.
Following the Akaviri defeat, the alliance persists as the Ebonheart Pact, ruled over by King Jorrun and the Great Moot.
