Hi
Can someone please take a look at ticket # 200413-01548. I have had issues logging in and staying logged in since maintenance on Monday. Before offering suggestions on what i should do please go through the ticket that I have submitted. I have updated it periodically and included log files and such to help. I am at my wits end.

Just a heads up. Every time you update your ticket you push it into the bottom of the pile. So once you've replied to the auto response they give you do not update your ticket further, you just make your own wait longer.0 -
I have been waiting for 10 days, but no one has helped me yet, help me! My ticket is 200411-001536, I will leave this here because I also updated my ticket to give more information.0
