Buff solo players

These changes are for PvP specifically and not to effect PVE, Add snare cooldown, bring back dynamic ulti gain, nerf off heals by a significant amount, make proc healing sets work only on the wearer, add a softcap for health at 30k and a hardcap at 40k, add a 10 second res interupt debuff to stop players troll tanks from spamming res

    I want a special title that only I can have that says "The Boss" I think that is a reasonable request.

    I like a lot of that, especially the interrupt debuff. I'm sick of burning through my stam pool bashing that one dude with 48k health that keeps trying to resurrect his friends, which eventually gets me killed.
    Honestly not too sure how I feel about dynamic ult gen though. It was a little strong back in the day, especially in the hands of a good player with a meta build. They'd be able to smash down 7 average players without breaking a sweat, which results in people coming to the forum and crying hacks. Maybe if they toned the ult gen down a little I could get on board.

    Most of them changes will affect everybody. The only one that really benefits a solo player significantly is the dynamic ult gen.

    I just want the game to be more push for and reward solo and small scale players, given how mind numbingly boring and easy the game is playing in a large group and outnumbering other players.

    I don’t even want the solo or small scale player to have a huge increase in ulti gain, I just want to slow down the rate back to back single target ultimates a large group can drop on 1 player

    They won't buff solo players. Most nerfs affect solo most, like the healing nerf soon. It will basically only affect solo/smallscale.

    Wow, I would hate to see how OP zergs would become with the dynamic ult gain we had in 2014. It would be absurdly overpowered.

    Most of the rest of the idea ignores the rest of the game. OP clearly does not care about PvE or maybe just does not understand the rest of the game as they are suggesting a huge nerf across the board to healing everywhere.

    OP's idea would also harm any group. Hurd small groups in Cyrodiil very much while buffing solo play when that area is not designed around solo play.

    Solid no to this thread.

    I want more snares, buffed multi target and aoe heals, nerfed single target heals, buffed snipe and increased flank damage.

    Alone players should get alone debuff. They are isolated and no one to back them.

    Its a huge handicap to play solo. You get no buffs except your own, and you don't have the massive , resource free damage provided by your fellow ball-mates (synergies), and you don't get bathed in those perpetual healings.

    On the flip side, you get to do what you want all the time and not follow a crown around slavishly.
    2 GOs, an overlord and bunches of prefects etc-- all classes...I've wasted a lot of time in PVP

    No thank you Cyro is full of unkillable Necro's with crazy heals and damage mitigation that is boring as *** to play against why would this needs to be buffed more?

    I say buff groups more to underline the aim groups versus groups fights. The 'Solo' players will always find and pray on unskilled groups anyway to kill noobs and then call themselves good. Once the come across a semi decent group and get killed come asking for buffs

    Wouldn’t you rather them focus ALL their precious energy on fixing the playability first?

    Yes just like raids get with group buffs and aoe caps and discord for example. A set that offers dynamically upscaling protections against getting zerg slammed seems fair to me, even if it's just when not in a group.

    Similar to pariah, something like

    While ungrouped:
    1v1 or 1v2 > Some sort of moderate standard 5 piece bonus but not too overpowered
    1 v 3 > 20% dmg redux, 20% dmg increase (defensive/offensive)
    1 v 4 > 40% dmg redux, 40% dmg increase
    1 v 5 > 60% dmg redux, 60% dmg increase
    1 v 6+ > 80% dmg redux, 80% dmg increase

    The stages would also decrease while within 10m of another friendly player. So for example 2 v 6+ > 60% dmg redux, 60% dmg increase.
    3 v 6+ > 40% dmg redux, 40% dmg increase.
    And so forth.

    The numbers are just vague interpretations, they can be set to taste but definitely 1v2 should not be required. Even for 1v3 idk, at the very least 20% is high. It's when you get into higher zerg swarms that it starts to just be ***, unless you are on a fotm. Then groups couldn't just human multibox single players down with no retaliation.

    Good question, and now it's answered.
    It would be nice to see solo buffed, but they will never do it.
