Should Ravaging give more damage?

Hey guys this is my first post and i'm not really good at this whole english writing so this can be hard to ready xd.
What they did to Ravaging is pretty bad but you can still play with this set and be pretty good, but you need always pay a price when you using this. You have to use caltrops and we all know that they are pretty bad at this moment, so using them is dps loss, or you can use Night Mothers Gaze and this set is not really good too. So should Ravaging give more damage and be more useful, or should be once again changed?

✭✭✭NMG gives more pen than Spriggans so it's a pretty good solo/small group set if you don't already have Major Fracture.BawKinTackWarDs PS4/NA0 -
SirBubel✭✭Yea but it gives Major Fracture so on dungeons with tank its pretty useless, and Spriggan gives clear pen thats definitely better0
