As far as I've seen whenever this question has come up in the past, ZOS has suggested that eventually there will be a way to obtain the missing berries, but no one knows how or when they'll be made available again.

Actually, I seem to recall that during the final event of 2019 all the 2019 berries were available at the Impresario, but I might be mistaken about that.

In any case, I don't think there's been any mention of whether they'll be available again, such as during the final event of 2020.

I feel they probably will again. Since they already came back for a bit a few months ago, so I managed to snag the Dawnwood berries since I missed them the first time.

I hope so, it would be a shame if they were only available once and then never again. But at the moment we don't know if or when they'll return because ZOS haven't said anything about it.

I'd really like to see all the berries again like last December. I started characters on my accounts on PC EU, but not in time to get the snow indrik (for which I have one berry on both accounts) - so I'd sure like to get the other three berries for that one....

All statements from ZO on this have been their usual "limited time only" / "now or never" business.

Cos they want people to be anxious about missing out and play the near constant "special" events to get them.

But most of us would guess that they'll be available in the future somehow. Even if only for crowns or gems.

I do remember a statement last year to the effect that they would have a way for people to get the berries they'd missed so they could complete those particular evolutions. And I checked the December 2019 news announcement for the New Life Festival-- as I thought, all Indrik berries up to that time were available from the Impresario.

But that doesn't mean they will come back again.

On the other hand, it seems that most of the limited-time offers from the past have eventually been brought back for another limited-time offer. The limited-time houses are a good example of this.

But I don't think that all of the limited-time offers have been brought back. For instance, I thought that this year's stick-horse mount was the same one as last year, but then realized it was a different one, and that last year's was apparently different than a previous version. So no guarantees.

For "real" mounts I think all of the "limited time only" ones have since re-appeared in some fashion.

With a few exceptions like the subscriber reward senche and the nix ox for having bought Morrowind before a certain point.
