Buying a house and Collectible Item Limits

First let me say that I understand item limits in a house, this is not a issue. However it should be in the description of those limits for the house.
However my issue is Collectible item limits. I have ESO plus, get the free little statues, that's a collectible. Buy something from the store like a chest, collectible. Trophies that I get for killing XYZ, collectible. Why isnt any of these things listed in the description of the house?
Like I stated prior, this isn't a complaint about items limits, just collectible item limits. Please put these limits in the description of the houses.
