Magic staff using stam for light attacks

https://clips.twitch.tv/RefinedCogentEagleVoteNay This is an issue im having daily and countless amount of times per day . this video shows plan as day that when not moving and using light attacks from an lighting staff my stam is being drained can we please get this looked at and get an fix because the in game walk around of roll dodging cant help 100% of the time as you cant roll dodge without stam

It happens to me as well. PC NA using keyboard and mouse. Game is in a sad state atm.

Yes, i have had this happen, as well as the 0 stam bug that only regens if you barswap/ cast an ability.
Also the stam draining when standing still in stealth.
Also the whiplash affect, being pulled back to where you were a few seconds ago (not using Undo BTW)
as well as the Block Bug, skill delay/ not working, CC break issues.

Yes a few of them are fixed by relogging but i dont want to have to do that everytime it happens.

My raid lead's whole stam bar depleted while he was idling in between pulls yesterday. I wonder if that's related somehow.

Its just DUMB all the way around

happened again tonight and was able to get an good showing of whats going on hopeful they can see it with an open eye and fix it but most likely this going under the rug too

Had 2 people in my group, both magplars (1 dps 1 healer) with the issue.
¤Light attacks - they didnt mention an issue
¤Heavy attacks - character would start attack and get stuck and kinda jerk around
¤any ability used would not fire off and would drain stam.

Reloading ui seemed to fix it for them. Hope a fix comes around.

Got this bug yesterday evening after being hit by tower guard npc while passing enemy keep at cyro. After forced (by his shock stun effect) dismount all my skills (magplar healer -no stamina skills at all) started to drain stam and didn't fire, some channels with partial animation (eg. 1 jab out of expected 5).
Had to move some distance and reload ui

Yes, I think it is the same bug. I've had that happen to my mag Sorc in a dungeon run standing still doing nothing. Even made a video of it. Game is so messed up now.
