Best beginner Bomblade build?

I am only level 32 and am trying to set up for a khajiit Bomblade. What sets should I be hunting for?

Don't get the gear until you're cp 160 obviously. Vicious death is your bread and butter on a bomber. Mechanical acuity is craft able and would work well with khajiit. For monster set balorgh would be best, but something like grothdaar or two 1 piece spell damage or max mag would work if you don't have access to balorgh.
