Not exactly sure how hardcore scheduled PVP guild you're seeking but...you might wanna check us out here sometime: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/470164 ...since, as mentioned in my latest post on page 2 of that thread, we finally got our 'public guild trader' back this week AND i always do my best to claim us a 'Keep' in Cyrodiil everyday!
