Might be easier to ask in the zone or your guild with the in game text chat.

For future reference - just go to the 3 zones where you can get Vampire & WW bites - Bangkorai; Reaper’s March; and The Rift... there are usually tons of people asking for bites & giving them away in zone chat.

I have tried but I and only once/twice someone agreed for a werewolf bite on another charachter

A problem I can't c come to the rift

You can. If you group with someone you can fast travel to them free of charge, wherever they are (as long as they are in a portable area). I use it to port to random guild members when levelling a new character to unlock wayshrines around the map.
