your support website doesnt work in microsoft edge

you cant type in the description box when you try to submit a ticket. such a joke even your support website doesn't work let alone the game. the game keeps disconnecting me as soon as idle for a while in eso I get disconnect or when using zone chat or when submitting a ticket .. I report this for 4 years and nothing changes this the only game I have issues with all my other online games work perfectly .why is eso such a pile of rubbish. I played since beta there's still things broken in this game that have been there since beta . you send me all these rubbish about opening ports(triggering is safer) and makes no difference. and the router is upnp anyway and works fine with all other games that report nat is open.

Why would anyone want to use edge anyway? ZOS are doing the world a favour by forcing people to use a proper web browser.

First of all I happen to use Microsoft edge and have no issues. Although Edge is really a Chrome clone as it is based on Chromium.

While the game's performance has not been great you seem to be experiencing something more local. As such I suggest you create a tech support ticket and follow their steps until this is fixed for you. It might take multiple back and forths to get it fixed but when I had an issue the eventually resolved it. That includes opening ports they suggest as it seems you are rejecting their help vs working with them.

I am tagging @ZOS_BillE Once you provide them with a ticket number they can follow up and help get some extra help for you.

Edit: BTW, if you are having problems using the support site via your browser try clearing our cache as that often is the culprit with things like that. Also, a restart of the PC is in order as that is always the first step.

@idk thanks but it won't make any difference they wont fix it. they cant fix their own game. This game has been removed from the pc many times, not even the uninstaller removes all the game files when you want to get rid of it you have to manually do that as well lol. zos are just super sloppy with everything. eso is only this game that has a problem. Edge well that's just a another funny thing that doesn't work. I have made multiple tickets for dc over the years . I don't have any packet loss, I've sent them numerous path pings over the years. I'm bored of their poor performance. I'm just sad that new world got its launch put back because as soon that launches I'm gone. I wouldn't put anymore money into this game anyway because they consistently fail to make the game play better and in fact made it play much worse and now they are going to do things with light attacks when they haven't addressed the current state of play, they nerf stuff and don't balance instead of fine tuning they go at it with sledge hammer.

While yes, the game performance is worse that it used to be and Zos seems to be struggling to get that straighted out.

However, you are noting issues that are not very common so it seems the problem is on your end. It is irrelevant that other games play fine on your PC as ESO is a much more complex game than most, if not all, the games you play.

Since you refuse to work with Zos on troubleshooting your PC then I suggest you delete teh game one last time and never return.
