Wishlist: ascension to the ruby throne music box, atronach trader, aetherial well, attunable stations (have 14/80 sets collected), molten war torte and white gold war torte recipes.29 -

I don't have the Grotto but I have one hanging from the stone colonnade where you enter the Grand Psijic Villa. From the bottom of the lintel the chain and anchor reach to a couple of feet above the ground or about half the body length of my character.

Here is a shot of the anchor and chain in my Grand Psijic Villa storage house. I added a few other items in the the shot to give you a better idea of distances and size.1
