Malabal Tor - Valeguard - Raynineth Bug

Quest: Bugged/Glitched ---
Character glitched -- Raynineth is a Bosmer alchemist who can be found in or around the large square tent in Valeguard. She steps inside for a drink between trips outside, stopping at the corners of the tent to look around. Her habit of feeding the Thunderbugs around Valeguard has made her a target for a Dark Brotherhood contract.
The Dark Brotherhood Kill Quest -- Go to Malabal Tor, Valeguard, and kill Raynineth. Sadly, Raynineth has skipped town and has yet to return. Maybe she found better Thunderbugs elsewhere?
Anyway, I've given over 20 minutes to (even up to 24 hrs) to respawn. Others in the area trying to complete the same quest and cannot find her. Maybe a traitor tipped her off that the Brotherhood was after her?
