Soo I recently got the urge to purchase another home because I haven't done so in 3 years, and watching youtubers show off their homes gave me the urge 
But I think I should wait for Greymoor - have their been any clues as to what type of houses will be available with this expansion? if so can anyone point me in the right direction?
I like the medium sized homes so I really hope there is something like that.

I’d buy that sucker immediately. Blackreach was by far my favorite place in Skyrim. I still remember discovering it for the first time (no online guides to spoil it). I must have explored every centimeter of that place.
And I’m a sucker for phosphorescent fungi. -
