I need assistance with a Customer Service Ticket (stuck in invisible group)

Hello, I am stuck in an invisible group since last Thursday. I opened this [Incident: 200402-003489] Customer Service Ticket, but the only reply I got was an automatic one with some steps to follow which clearly didn't solve the issue: it's been 6 days now, I still have the issue, and if you look in these forums I'm not the only one.
As the other people with this issue, I tried everything I could, but nothing works, we need your help, we need somebody to solve this for us.

This issue was already present back in 2016, 4 years ago:

And then we have this last one, from another poor guy which can't group his main character anymore:

And for each one of us, there is another one in the same situation, because he/she was grouped with us when this issue happened.

Can anybody please help?

    I'm also stuck in the invisible group and also opened a ticket, [Incident: 200404-002051] ... I even didn't get any real reply, just this

    My question what "we are unable to process your request" means, has been ignored - and I still can't play that character in a group anymore, nor attend Random Dungeons or Battlegrounds.

    This lack of feedback and assistance is unacceptable and obviously we are not the only ones having this issue, as Dahlia quotes above.

    And yes, I have a lot of understanding and sympathy for delays in the current Pandemie crisis situation, but if assistance is not possible due to personnel shortages or other major implications, customers like us should be informed globally and not be ignored like some unwanted nuisance.
