Wood Elf Brazier

Does anyone know if this brazier can be crafted or purchased? I really love the intertwining of the branches.

I know there's the Valenwood brazier, but I really like how this one looks.

Not that one specifically, but there are a number of Wood Elf braziers from achievement furnishing vendor NPCs. Wood Elf Path Marker and Rise of the Silvenar from Marbruk, and Valenwood Brazier from Redfur Trading Post.

I had already seen those in the vendors you mentioned, but I've been searching for that one specifically.
Maybe it's a lost cause..
