    Yes.
Just rollback to Summerset patch or thereabouts - back then Cyro was a bit laggy, but at least perfectly playable compared to what we have today.

I keep getting that new frozen in combat bug they introduced with update 25.

Today while running a new character through The Foundry of Woe I again lost the ability to swing my weapon or use skills. The CP passives were still firing (damage shield on block every 10 seconds, etc), but I could do zero damage to the Manifestation, and of course Lyris was no help. So I stood there waiting to get killed, but this NPC couldn't even do enough damage to me to overcome the CP perks, the food, and the health regen of a lvl 9 with 810 CP.

I tried jumping off the cliff, but ZOS has conveniently placed invisible barriers at the edges to keep newbs from accidentally dying. I couldn't crouch or cloak, or camp out while in combat, but I could open my inventory and use food and potions. So after running around for a few minutes I found a place where I could use LOS to make the Manifestation stop aggroing me. At that point I was able to camp out, and log back in and finish the quest.

I've been getting similar freezes in public dungeons and instanced dungeons on my lvl 50 characters as well. All addons are updated and functioning normally. I can't narrow it down to a certain action that causes it.... it just happens randomly when fighting. I can go for days without it happening, but sometimes it happens every few minutes. It's cost me tickets in the Murkmire event where I have to loot a boss but my actions are frozen, and I'm just holding my breath for the same thing to happen with this current event where you are forced to loot tickets or lose them.

Occasionally I can get unstuck by moving on to the next group of mobs, but not always, and certainly not in a quest zone with one enemy and no way to zone out like I had today.
    RIP Bosmer Nation. 4/4/14 - 2/25/19.

I think it has more to do with the free to play event+ People stuck home from Corona Virus and the jester and Anniversary events going on while they are doing that free to play one and yeah the Covid 19 thing forcing so many to stay locked up in their homes a big one right now including Zenimax Employees by the looks of it. Because of all that I'm not surprised and I bet that is the biggest source of these issues.
There is likely more far more players playing Eso then the servers can handle and that is a big issue . Not to mention Greymoor that will return us to a Skyrim zone with vampires and the vampire update and everything I'm sure is not helping either.

I love the way patches are transformed from Nerf disasters to golden ages as they fade further into the distance.

You should have seen the complaining there was about the Summerset patch, the pre-One Tamriel patch, the 1.6 patch...

Everything looks better with rose tinted glasses

The grass is always greener on the other side, so to speak.

And I'll take a nerfed game over a broken one any day, thank you very much.
In fact, I already ate a huge nerf by rerolling on PC-NA, but it was absolutely worth it.
