What does Flurry / Bloodthirst proc?

I can't find any current information on this skill.

I know it is boosted by direct damage CPs, but I believe it still functions as a channeled dot and not a melee attack.

So my question is: Can flurry proc poisons, valkyn skoria, or selenes?

It definitely can proc poisons since they proc off weapon skills. It should proc off selenes and not valkyn but never know with this game.
