Anyone else have friends that can’t complete tutorial?

Tried getting some friends to play ESO since it’s free to play.
Both called me stuck in the Soul Shriven starter mission. The eyes you’re suppose to defeat/collect do not spawn.
Is there a work around? I noticed on one screen like 15 ppl running around not being able to do it either.

Anytime I have issues like this log out to reset the game and then magically quest markers quest givers and objectives appear1 -

Got both to do that and they’ve logged out, shut the game down, and reloaded and still nothing.
Might have to do with how many ppl are online playing? No clue. Sucks because now they’re just not interested in it.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Make sure they are in sneak when they approach the eye to kill it if they do get it to spawn.
