anniversary boxes

i did not get anniversary boxes on 3 of my toons. the stream down the right side of screen shows them when i turn in, but they are not in bags. looked in junk. reloaded ui. not there. logged off game a while, came bsck, still not there?

was this in the first 3 hours after the event went live?

There was an issue then, which had supposedly been fixed.

Something about certain instances not recognizing that the new event had started.

If it happened after that time (1 PM EDT for me, 3 hours after start) then make sure you file a bug report.

You could still file one to attempt to receive your missing boxes, but I doubt it will happen.

There is a limit of 50 boxes you can get on 1 character per day, and there are well more than 50 daily quests you could do, so you could conceivably still earn the maximum number of boxes (just not as easily)

This is happening to me right now. Last night just before 9pm Eastern I turned in 4 Vvardenfell dailies, and each time it said I received a coffer and an anniversary box. Coffer and anniversary box pop up in the received items feed in the lower right corner of the screen. Check inventory, coffers are there but there are no anniversary boxes.

An hour later, I turn in the 3 daily quests in Rimmen. Same exact problem, no anniversary boxes even though the dialog shows me getting them.

I submitted support tickets for both instances, and one of them came back overnight with a generic "unable to process your request" message. Still waiting to hear from the second one.

This morning, I log on to a different character first, and attempt to get my first anniversary boxes of the day. Turn in the first daily crafting writ, and again I get nothing. Now I'm afraid to turn in the other 6 because I'm afraid I'll keep losing boxes.

I am not receiving the Anniversary Jubilee boxes even though I get notice in the lower right corner of the UI. But they don't show up in my inventory anywhere so I can open them.

Today I did an Undaunted quest daily (not a pledge) called Icy Intrigue in Eastmarch. I received the Undaunted Merits box but not the Anniversary Jubilee box. It did showed up in the lower right corner as receiving it but it isn't in my inventory anywhere. When I open my inventory and all the new stuff shows up, it isn't listed. It isn't under my container tab where they usually are.

I also did a Summerset daily quest called Run Aground. When turning in quest I should have received a Jubilee box. It showed up in the lower right corner as receiving one. It is no where in my inventory.

I have received the anniversary Jubilee boxes when doing crafting writs but not at any other time do I receive them.

UPDATE: If you are using Dolgubon's Lazy Writ Crafter add-on, there is a setting that defaults to ON to Loot Jubilee Boxes. If you are using that add-on that may be why you aren't seeing the boxes in your inventory. They are automatically being opened.
