Not getting anniversary boxes in all cases

I just had a character turn in a full set of crafting writs wihtout getting anniversary boxes. He even went back and forth between the Vivec City bank/crafting area and the drop-off spot a couple of times.
Anybody else having this problem?
Most of my other characters have gotten their boxes just fine, from crafting writs and other dailies.

I can see a box, when I give in the quest, but they are not added to my bag.
So either hidden or only displayed as quest reward, but not created by the system and added to my inventory.0 -
