Opal Bloodspawn Battle Axe has no lighting effect bug (wont let me post this in bug report category)

I first want to start by saying the bug report category cannot be selected otherwise I would be posting there.
please fix this
I really like the Opal Bloodspawn Battle Axe, but it is missing the lighting effect that casts a blue light on things around you, and it is the only Opal battle axe that is missing it.
Above is the Opal Bloodspawn Battle Axe with its missing lighting effects.
Here is the Opal Troll King Battle Axe that has the lighting effect that all other Opal weapons have as a reference.
Please fix the lighting effect, as the Bloodspawn Battle Axe is one of my favorite looking weapon in the game.
I play on PC on the North American mega server
