Purchase Crowns issue

I've just tried purchasing crowns and have just noticed something.
If i go to the website myself it shows AUD prices - $110.99 australian for 21k crowns, converts to 113.87 new zealand.
If i go from the games in game link, it shows USD 89.99, which converted is 151.89 new zealand.
its charging me at the usd conversion rate and not the rate it showed me when i navigated to the site myself.
Whats the point in showing different currencies if its still going to charge at a higher rate
