"Error 500 Data version does not match the client version" Getting this when I try to login. I don't have the game through steam.

✭✭✭✭✭I assume you can start up the launcher. Execute a repair from the launcher.
To do that look for Game Options in the top middle of the launcher. Use that pull-down menu and select Repair. Restarting the PC at this point is probably a good idea to cover all bases.
