Flickering and loading screen images pops

So since today i noticed in Belklarth alot of 3D assets flickering and sometimes i get the loading screen image for 0.1 seconds on my screen and the camera resets behind my character. More people encounter this. Here is a link to a recording i made: https://we.tl/t-fN2imAN3OH

✭I was getting REALLY bad random one second loading screens in Cyrodiil a couple days ago. Like... take a few steps, load screen. Take a few steps, load screen. Take a few steps, load screen. Like fifteen in rapid succession every so often. Been seeing this in other places, like Wrothgar, too, though not to the same extent.
Also noticed flickering assets in Craglorn.PC NA

It is happening in Craglorn and CyrodilAt least the spelling is difficult for you.
