Visual Glitch when slotting Inner Light and Flames of Oblivion in the same bar

As the image below shows, when having Inner Light and Flames of Oblivion in the same bar, it shows my Spell Critical at only 20.8%. (Have all Light Armor passives,CP allocated and Precise 2H weapon).
