Issues connecting to game and getting home page support to load!

Reset my system twice usually a “fix” seems to stall out for lack of activity!

In the last week i have:
Had everyone stop moving for me on screen even tho i can still move , then get booted.
Been told i have no vailid internet connection despite looking at various other pages(including Zenimax Customer Support page) on a second monitor.
Eventually if i did get logged in and make it to character selection , pick the character i wish to play hit eneter world then after 5 mins get booted back to log in screen.
Today i took delivery of a brand new PC , reinstalled the game and got: Error 201(7:4:181:1007)
Login failed please try again.should the problem persist please contact customer support.

I have sent these guys 4 emails over 3 days complete with client logs and game consultant logs.
i had 1 response which was to say they had recived 1 ticket , there have been times when i cannot log my account into the website becuase it just wouldnt allow it.

My guess is that with the Corona virus lockdowns there are a lot more trying to play and failing therefore their team cant cope maybe?


Some feeedback would be nice tho.
