    This. The customer service and communication is one of the worst I have ever seen, and they always come with those empty promises instead of taking care of the problem. Something a lot of customers have paid a lot of money for.

    Maintenance was today.
    Whatever ZoS touches breaks.
    So, yea it could be predicted and you don't even have to be Sherlock to do it.

    Yep. The one year optimisation plan ENDS with server and database optimisation. Because obviously y'all needed to stream textures faster from your disk NOW, and the server database could wait a whole year...

    PC, EU. Everything was going well for an hour or so, then I ended up in a never-ending login screen, travelling from a Wayshrine. I had to use Taskmaster to leave the Game.

    After that I had several attempts to log in again but to no avail.

    Next, I tried the NA Server and lo and behold, there were no problems there.

    PC - EU (Main) & PC - NA
