NPC enemies dont seem to stun from crouch sneak attacks from behind them with bow or melee.

Have been extensively trying this. Sneak attacks dont seem to stun these NPC enemies anymore. I was away from game about a year and i thoink it worked back then.

Is this AGAIN some PVP crap ruining PVE experience or is it bugged currently or is it not working foir me only?
