New stuff that seems to be posted on a couple of news Articles I came across and according to them they got this from Bethesda. But if its true then we will be seeing the following with the new chapter. Not 100% Sure so I recommend not taking it with a grain of Salt just that its a very real possibility.

We reached out to our friends at Bethesda for a few sneaky peaks and teasers of information about the upcoming release. What can we expect to see in Greymoor, what things can we expect to see from Skyrim, and what other surprises are lurking?
Word Walls
In the years between the Dragon War and the events of ESO, many of the Dragon Cult’s holdings fell into serious disrepair. Word Walls are present, but often overgrown and forgotten. Will they be functional though? Perhaps they’ll have something to do with the upcoming Antiquities system?
Familiar Places With New Stories
Labyrinthian, Shadowgreen, Folguthur, Dragon Bridge, etc (and of course Solitude) will be featured in Greymoor, albeit, 1000 years prior to Skyrim, so expect some big changes in each.
Bard’s College
The Bards of Solitude face a major division in their ranks. Players get to reunify things. This could be a good one for a big of roleplay gaming. Any excuse to whip out your lute I guess.
Shifting Borders
In TES:V, the Reach extended east, as far as the Karth River. In ESO, Nords have claimed portions of the Reach to create an entirely new hold… at least that’s what they think. That’s all I can say on that one, wink wink.
Blackreach and the Dwarves
There are new regions of Blackreach, displaying different ecosystems and bizarre new discoveries about relics from TES:V. For example, in the Dwarven city of Nchuthnkarst (a new locale), players learn some hidden capacities of Dwemer Suns like the one that summons the Dragon, Vulthuryol, in TES:V.
My theory on the Vampire Lord and who it is.
The Vampire Lord- We don't have any info on who this could be but I have this impression the clue they left hints at who it is. I think his name as well as to where he comes from will likely be a big Easter Egg while also tieing back to Cyrodiil which I suspect will be the next years Chapter. I will explain down below.
Was looking the Ice Reach coven lore and the dungeon dlc involving them had three letters. The one Note Hints at the possible name of the Vampire lord and maybe an easter egg of sorts from Baulders Gate 2 with Hexxat and her patron who had the name L (Hexxat was a vampiric Companion in that Video Game). I do suspect R will be the first letter of the Vampire Lords real name and it will be a person that is already in the Lore.

It pleases me to hear that you have accepted my offer. You do your ancient sisterhood credit by showing such clarity of vision. A prince is often judged by the company he keeps, and in you I find kindred spirits, willing to press their shoulders to the plow in pursuit of a greater world.
My vassal assures me that he delivered all the reagents you requested. Should this ritual prove too difficult, I trust that you will notify me in short order. Our moment draws near. Even now, wheels are in motion that cannot be halted. Much will depend on your speed and precision.
Some of you may have misgivings about our arrangement. Know this, sisters: I always honor my word. Deliver on your promise, and I vow in blood to do the same. Fail to honor our terms, and I will paint the walls of your keep red with the viscera of your fallen servants. This I swear.
I look forward to seeing the results of your ritual. Soon, we will bring the Nords to heel, and all that you lost shall be restored.
Respectfully,
-R

Of all the people in the R Section only one of them was a Prince along with having those Gothic vampiric Dracula/Strahd like vibes one would expect for a Gothic Themed Vampire Story. There is still a very good chance that he isn't though but the hints from the Note seem to say Prince and the Name R it leads straight to Rislav Larich also known as Rislav the Righteous.
https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Rislav_Larich
Rislav Larich, better known as Rislav the Righteous, was born in 1E 448, the eighth child and fourth son of Queen Lynada and King Mhorus of Skingrad. He is believed to have led the typical life of a Colovian prince. He married Belene, the daughter of King Justinius of Kvatch, presumably to cement peace between the kingdoms. In 1E 478, a plague passed through Cyrodiil and decimated the royal family of Skingrad; in the end, only Rislav and his older brother Dorald, a priest of Marukh, survived. Dorald's first act was to cede the kingdom to the Alessian Empire, which incensed Rislav. He led a small band of cavalry from Kvatch to Skingrad, where they entered the city without conflict (as the guards of Skingrad were also offended by Dorald's act). In the castle courtyard, Rislav denounced Dorald and beheaded him with one stroke, and he was quickly crowned as the new King of Skingrad.[1]
However, Emperor Gorieus believed this did not revoke Dorald's action, and rode to Skingrad with a massive army to claim the city. When they arrived, Rislav famously told the Emperor that his party was too large to be accommodated, and that next time, he should write before he comes. A battle quickly ensued, which the Colovian forces won handily thanks to superior tactics. Gorieus' crippled army was forced to retreat, and this dramatic defeat proved to be the beginning of the end of the Alessian Empire.[1]
The reason why it very well could be Rislav is one the way that note is signed, Respectfully, -R along with the lore that says - He is believed to have led the typical life of a Colovian prince.-The note the R Fellow says this
A prince is often judged by the company he keeps, and in you I find kindred spirits, willing to press their shoulders to the plow in pursuit of a greater world.
Another is he Murdered his own Brother (Having him be the vampire lord would be an Easter Egg to Ravenloft Where Strahd became a vampire after murdering his Brother. and mirrors it even by the Guards actually supporting the act) Skingrad had that Gothic Vibe to it and the actions of Rislav plus the name has that vampiric vibe like Dracula/Strahd. So if my theory is right and that is indeed the vampire then it could be possible that we might face Rislav the Righteous himself. The irony of the name is its a title he goes is similar to how Vlad Țepeș goes by Vlad the Impaler but is also known as Dracula the Vampire in Bran Stolkers Dracula novel.
I don't know we will have to see when Greymoor comes but if I'm right we will be seeing the Elder Scrolls Version of Count Dracula/Strahd and he will be a forebear to the very well liked Janus Hassildor of Skingrad who was the ruler of Skingrad in Tes 4 Oblivion. Anyways the vampire lords plans seem to conquer the surface and maybe other areas is what I'm getting at. The one thing about my theory is why would he be underground in Skyrim? If that is the vampire which might make the theory kind of far fetched, What are your thoughts?
