Crash upon launch

Ever since a week or so my game has turned into a russian roulette of "will it play?"
Every now and then it randomly let's me launch and play the game but more often it doesn't and it crashes upon launch.

Deleted Cache files.
Ran error report, nothing there that I find atleast.
Updated drivers.
Updated AddOns.
I would delete AddOns but then I still don't know why it does sometimes work.

Been running this game fine for over 4 years.

What do I do if ESO is crashing with the error "ESO has stopped working"?

Please let us know if these allow you to launch ESO successfully.

Thanks for the tips, but it seems to be related to some audio bug I have on my PC..not sure how to fix it - but once my Google Chrome Hardware Media Key Handling get's the volume bar stuck on my screen - my volume bar stays selected and at this point ESO won't launch anymore. a fresh reboot seems to be the only solution for now
